Variable frequency drives are themselves a source of interference. To effectively address this interference through the power lines to other electrical components, the solution is to implement proper grounding. The purpose of grounding is to exclude this noise (induced by electromagnetic fields) – if it cannot be excluded, it will wander around, of course leading to malfunctions.

Insufficient cross-sectional area of the power line, especially the grounding wire, which cannot effectively dissipate induced electricity.

The entire grounding wire is live, not only failing to exclude but also reversing into phase.
