This equipment consists of a six-axis robotic track, a duct flange welding platform, a visual positioning system, and a control system. It is capable of performing both horizontal and vertical automatic welding of duct flanges. The welding process does not require human intervention; all that is needed is to properly position the product and load/unload materials. The system uses program parameters and vision laser positioning to detect weld seams and automatically generate welding paths.
