Guangdong Yuansheng Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed and produced welding robots for wind turbine blades, primarily used in the duct industry. These robots boast a welding speed of up to 8-15mm/s, reducing labor costs while significantly enhancing production efficiency.


This equipment consists of a six-axis robotic track, a duct flange welding platform, a visual positioning system, and a control system. It is capable of performing both horizontal and vertical automatic welding of duct flanges. The dual-position duct welding platform, combined with a movable robotic track, can accommodate various product specifications. The welding process does not require human intervention; all that is needed is to properly position the product and load/unload materials. The system uses program parameters and vision laser positioning to detect weld seams and automatically generate welding paths. The equipment features a touchscreen control with buttons for start, stop, and emergency stop.
