Application Method:
1. We weigh the corresponding amounts of "the product and new PE granules" according to the predetermined ratio, mix them evenly, and then feed them into the blowing film machine.
The melting zone and nozzle area temperatures of the blow molding machine should be set according to specifications; otherwise, it will affect the quality of the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor film.
3. For the production of colored vapour phase corrosion inhibitor films, the amount of colorant masterbatch must be controlled within the specified ratio, and the pH value should be neutral.
After each use, please reseal the original packaging promptly to prevent moisture.
