Therefore, a combination of vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, and desiccants is employed in this mode. In this setup, the vapor phase corrosion film can be laid flat inside the outer packaging box or cut to the appropriate size and nailed to the inner surface of the outer packaging box.

Major Equipment Overall Rust Prevention Mode:

Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) films, tubes, bags (boxes), and coatings. For oversized equipment, careful consideration of both internal and external structures is essential. A combination of various VCI materials should be utilized, including VCI films, tubes, bags (boxes), and coatings. As external dimensions are large and most surfaces are typically protected with painting methods, using VCI film overall would result in significant waste. Therefore, the internal passageways are separated using VCI films, and "VCI film + VCI bag (box)" is placed within the spaces to ensure the concentration of the vapor corrosion inhibitor within the area, while also maintaining the overall aesthetic of the interior. Unpainted external areas are protected with VCI coatings.
