Forging materials primarily consist of carbon and alloy steels of various compositions, followed by alloys of aluminum, magnesium, copper, titanium, and others. The original states of these materials include billets, ingots, metal powders, and liquid metal. The cross-sectional area of the metal is prone to rust, and correctly selecting forging rust-proof bags, using them reasonably for packaging and rust protection, is crucial for improving product quality and reducing costs.

Corrosion-resistant bags are a type of protective packaging material made by blending ethylene materials with vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors and other additives, then processed through specialized extrusion equipment. They offer excellent volatilization and barrier properties, categorizing them as a new-generation corrosion-resistant packaging. They are particularly suitable for long-term storage of metal products and for corrosion protection during ocean shipping.

Metal forging is highly batch-oriented, with 80% of automotive parts requiring forged components. Since forged parts have high demands for lubricants, the use of rust-proof bags becomes crucial. Rust-proof bags for forged parts are widely applied in precision forging.

Corrosion-resistant packaging materials all possess volatile functions. The "Yongyu" brand anti-rust bags from Nantong are a new product in the field of metal corrosion protection. When packaged or in close proximity to forging products in a relatively sealed space, they automatically emit anti-rust ions based on the environmental temperature and humidity. These anti-rust molecules fill the entire sealed packaging space, remaining in a dynamic saturated state, effectively reducing the corrosiveness of the environmental medium on the forged metal, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting precision forging from corrosion.

Usage Instructions:

Ensure the surface of the anti-rust items is dry and clean before packaging, and seal the items for anti-rust protection in room temperature.

2. Use vapor-phase corrosion-inhibiting packaging bags in accordance with GB/T 14188 specifications.

2. Wear gloves during packaging to prevent direct contact of bare hands with items that require rust prevention.

3. If the packaged item has sharp edges, be careful not to puncture the desiccant bag.

4. Orient corrosion inhibitors towards the metallic packaging, or use as anti-rust packaging materials for individual metal components, as interlayer padding between packaging units, or as an inner reinforcing layer.
