The bed components used in laser cutting machines are commonly made of carbon steel welded frame structures. To enhance strength, a through-structure connecting the left and right frames must be present in the middle, forming a closed structure known as the middle beam. Additionally, on both sides of the inner door, there are usually wind gates and other protective mechanisms that require shielding. During the laser cutting process, the middle beam and the side mechanisms are exposed to the laser beam, making them susceptible to damage, which can impair the bed and the functionality of the mechanisms.
Graphite shields are an excellent protective material, featuring a compact structure, simple assembly, reliable protection, and ease of maintenance and replacement. Our company's graphite shields can be processed in multi-dimensions according to machine tool requirements, preventing any blind spots in protection. They also have high temperature resistance, shock resistance, and are easy to modify and fabricate. They have been adopted by numerous laser cutting machine enterprises.
