The Johnson woven wire screen is a type of filter mesh used for petrochemical filtration equipment, coal washing plants, well drilling, wastewater treatment, food processing, etc.; it can be used in conjunction with deep well pumps and submersible pumps. Currently, domestic residential water wells do not use this filter tube, primarily due to its high cost, and secondly, because the domestic water wells have not reached the sand layer yet. Only some hot spring companies use it, as their water wells are several kilometers deep.
Currently, the majority of screens utilize trapezoidal wire. There are numerous benefits to using trapezoidal wire:
1. Continuous gaps significantly increase the water-permeable area, thus providing better contact with the aquifer.
2. The V-shaped cross-sectional structure prevents clogging and ensures smooth flow.
3. Continuous pores ensure long-term effective use.
4. The trapezoidal filter pipe has a sturdy structure, high porosity, and precise gap size.
5. Trapezoidal丝网滤水管 is easy to backwash, has a long service life, is safe, and offers a low overall cost.
Advantages:
High porosity filter pipes are more suitable for constructing water, oil, and gas wells with high permeability.
2. Low operation cost - Filters with high porosity allow for better infiltration of groundwater, resulting in reduced drawdown of water levels and subsequently, less energy consumption.
3. Reducing Pump Wear - Under the same conditions, a higher porosity allows groundwater to infiltrate the filter pipe at a slower rate than through other filtration systems, thereby preventing sand from entering the filter pipe under higher water pressure and reducing pump wear.
4. Extend the Lifespan of Water Wells: Compared to the infiltration of groundwater through porous filter pipes, it is easier when the water flow rate is low, thus extending the lifespan of the well.
