Someone inquired about why their products...O-ringThe product snapped when pulled, and the vulcanization time and temperature were the same as before, except for the temporary rubber material purchased. This was the only batch of products that did not meet quality standards. Therefore, the exact cause remains unclear.
After consulting with various sources, here are some points to consider in analyzing where the issue might lie. Since the rubber material was purchased on a temporary basis, it's very likely that the problem is with the rubber material itself.

The quality of the rubber material has deteriorated: it's possible that the manufacturer is using substandard rubber or rubber with a low content, leading to poor physical properties.
2. Curing of rubber: Or, it may cure too quickly due to high molding temperatures and excessive venting times, resulting in localized premature curing and痕 marks at the junction.
3. Wax-Containing Formula: After the rubber compound is stored for one to two days, wax is exuded to the surface, forming a barrier at the junction, which prevents bonding upon vulcanization.
4. Whether it's a silicone seal or a rubber seal, different products require different tensile strengths, so the type of rubber material may also be a contributing factor.
