Structural Features and Applications
The 200X Pressure Relief Valve consists of a main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter, and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control manifold system. Once the outlet pressure is set, it automatically maintains a stable outlet pressure.
This product utilizes self-regulating control via a guide valve, requiring no additional devices or energy sources. It is easy to maintain, with high accuracy in pressure control, minimal impact from imported pressure and flow, and reliable reduction and stabilization.

Operating Principle
When the valve supplies water from the import end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the guide valve via conduits. When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value of the guide valve spring, the guide valve closes. The control room stops draining. At this point, the pressure inside the main valve control room increases and the main valve closes, preventing the outlet pressure from rising further.
When the outlet pressure of the valve drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens, and the control room starts draining downstream. As the drainage volume of the pilot valve system is greater than the inflow of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control room decreases. The inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In a stable state, the inflow and outflow to the control room are equal, the opening of the main valve remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure remains stable. Adjusting the pilot valve spring allows for the setting of the outlet pressure.
