Our company produces two major product series:
One, Rivet-type long cylindrical roller needle bearings, mainly used for various casters; 96% of the products are exported, with over 800 models available, making it one of the larger domestic producers of caster bearings.
Two, various cylindrical roller bearings and needle roller bearings. Our company boasts excellent and comprehensive testing equipment, and all produced rollers undergo strict inspection. The quality is reliable, deeply trusted by customers, and has formed a relatively stable domestic and international market. Since 2015, we have established supply relationships with NTN Japan and Schaeffler Germany, becoming suppliers for their roller and needle roller products.
The company covers an area of over 33,000 square meters with a building area of 20,000 square meters. It has over 200 pieces of equipment, including grinding machines, lathes, stamping presses, cutting machines, ultra-precision machines, resistance furnaces, and more. Testing equipment includes a Shanghai Hengyi hardness tester, a Japanese Toyo Seiki surface roughness meter, a Japanese Toyo Seiki contour mapper, a Japanese Toyo Seiki roundness meter, a German Mal measure length gauge, a German Zeiss upright microscope, and an all-in-one machine for automatic flaw detection, hardness, dimensions, and appearance inspection.
