How to test the vacuum of small cold storage equipment?


(1) Unscrew the fine-threaded plug from the suction cutoff valve access port counterclockwise, then turn the suction cutoff valve stem clockwise several times to put the suction cutoff valve in a tee position.

(2) Connect the vacuum pump to the multi-purpose interface on the suction cutoff valve using a flexible hose with a three-way repair valve and a vacuum pressure gauge.

(3) Open all valves within the system (including solenoid valves and manual valves, etc.).

(4) Connect the vacuum pump power supply, evacuate the system until the vacuum gauge reading reaches -0.1 MPa. After an appropriate time, rotate the suction valve stem counterclockwise to withdraw and tighten it.

(5) Maintain for 18-24 hours; if the vacuum level remains unchanged, the refrigeration system's vacuum test is considered passed.




How to operate the Sealing Tester: 1. Installation and Adjustment: 1. Place the acrylic glass cylinder on the machine case. 2. Connect a pressure-stable compressed air source to the "Compressed Air" intake pipe of the sealing tester (located at the left rear of the base), and connect the Suzhou board. Also, connect the vacuum output (located at the right rear of the base) and the quick connector on the acrylic glass cylinder. 3. Fill the cylinder with a certain amount of clean water, to a height of about 10mm above the pressure plate (but ensure that water is not siphoned out after adding the test sample). 4. Close the sealing lid of the acrylic glass cylinder, switch the tester to the "On" position, and adjust the control knob. First, confirm if the knob is locked (i.e., pressed down). If locked, gently pull the knob up before rotating to adjust, and observe the vacuum pressure gauge to adjust the pressure to the desired level. Switch the tester to the "Off" position to close the gas path, start pressure holding and timing. Adjust to the required stable pressure, then press the knob down to secure the position. 5. After completion, switch the tester to the "On" position, open the sealing lid to remove the sample, place the next set of samples, and start the next test.




How to Properly Operate an Airtightness Tester. The Airtightness Tester, also known as a Sealing Tester, is specifically designed for the airtightness in the packaging industry. 1. First, fill the vacuum chamber of the airtightness tester with clean water, ensuring the level exceeds the bottom pressure plate on the cylinder cover. Submerge the sample product in the water, maintaining a gap of no less than 10mm between the top surface and the water level. To ensure the seal is effective, you can also sprinkle a little water on the sealing ring. How to Properly Operate an Airtightness Tester 2. Close the seal cover of the vacuum chamber, turn the switch on the airtightness tester to the 'on' position, adjust the control knob of the tester, check the vacuum pressure gauge, bipolar plates, and adjust the pressure to the stable value required for the experiment. Turn the tester's switch to the 'off' position to close the switch, start pressure holding, and begin timing! 3. Connect the stable compressed air source to the tester, the intake pipe for compressed air (located on the left rear of the base), and connect the vacuum output (located on the right rear of the base) to the quick connector on the acrylic bucket.
