The side-tilting gate operator is a manual type, a mechanical product for opening and closing flat gates operated by human force, featuring an automatic locking function. The gate can remain at any position, equipped with anti-theft nozzles and special tools. It has water-protection capabilities, and the head and base can be supplied separately.
The side-tilting gate opener operates by using a winch to drive a steel wire rope, which is then transmitted through a pulley system to the hoist, enabling the opening and adjustment of the gate. Specifically, when opening the gate, the winch raises the hoist by pulling the wire rope, causing the hinge connecting the hoist to the gate leaf to rotate and open the gate; when closing the gate, the winch lowers the hoist by pulling the wire rope downward, causing the hinge to rotate and close the gate.
