详情描述

The DYFJ-F300 valve testing bench is a fourth-generation pressure testing and detection equipment independently developed by Duojia Hydraulics on the basis of many years of production experience, in accordance with national standards and specifications.
The DYFJ-F300 type valve test bench integrates mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pressure testing, and the storage and recycling of liquid mediums. It features complete functions, stable performance, and high level of automation. It is widely used for leakage testing of sealing surfaces on various high, medium, and low-pressure valves with nominal bore sizes of 80-300mm, including straight-through flanges, welded, threaded, and clamp-type valves. It also performs various performance tests such as shell strength (pinhole). Test mediums: water, gas, oil.
The equipment is hydraulically driven and electrically controlled throughout the entire process, exerting no additional external forces on the valves that could affect test results. This significantly enhances work efficiency and reduces labor intensity, making it an ideal new generation pressure testing and inspection equipment for valve manufacturing companies, users, and maintenance units.
DYFJ-F300 type valve test bench working principle and structure
The DYFJ-F300 type valve test bench operates by locating the valve flange face and applying pressure to the flange surface with a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring that no external forces, which could affect test results, are present during valve testing. It meets the national standard requirements for valve testing.
The equipment is generally divided into hydraulic pressure supply systems, electrical control systems, water circulation systems, and various operating devices.
The equipment features a vertical top pressure design. Both the upper and lower workbenches are sealed with blind flanges. The upper workbench is equipped with a forward and reverse mechanism, directly driven by a hydraulic cylinder to ensure uniform force on the valve sealing surface and reliable clamping. The lower workbench is fixed and allows for bidirectional water intake and drainage. The sealing disk is fitted with drainage and exhaust valves for easy checking of the air-sealing test and observation of the valve sealing surface. It boasts excellent performance and a simple, compact structure.

Operation Instructions
1. Valve Mounting Method
Select a valve with the nominal diameter corresponding to the equipment model, turn on the power, and start the hydraulic system. Move the upper cylinder upward until it is longer than the valve being tested. Place the valve flange face tightly against the lower workbench test blind plate, aligning with the center opening. Lower the upper moving frame onto the fixed lower workbench, positioning the other end of the valve against the lower test blind plate, aligning with the center opening. The valve is in a horizontal position overall.
2. Water Pressure Testing Methods (Double-way Inflow, Drainage)
After the valve mount is completed, refer to the "Clamping Cylinder Pressure Reference Table" to increase the hydraulic clamp's gripping force to the required pressure. Adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge (for a 25 kg valve, adjust the pointer of the electrical contact pressure gauge to 2.5 MPa). Open the main water inlet, upper and lower water inlet valves, close the air inlet, drain water, and exhaust valve. Start the low-pressure water pump, observe the movement of the water pressure gauge pointer. When the pointer stops rising, it indicates that the valve cavity is fully filled with water. Start the high-pressure water pump; the pump will automatically stop when the water pressure reaches the set pressure on the electrical contact pressure gauge. The equipment enters the water pressure maintenance state.
Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve is problem-free. First, open the water valve to release the water pressure inside the valve chamber, then remove the valve.
3. Pressure Testing Methods (Bidirectional Intake, Venting)
The equipment does not come with a gas source. The user must provide a separate gas source. Please consult the manufacturer before using high-pressure gases.
After the valve mounting is completed (for example, using pressure air, generally not exceeding 10 kg), open the inlet and air inlet valves, and close the drain and air vent valves. Close the inlet and air inlet valves when the pressure gauge reaches the maximum pressure, and the equipment is in a pressure maintenance state.
Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve is free of any issues. First, open the vent valve to release the pressure inside the valve chamber, then remove the valve.
Handling Instructions and Requirements
1. Ensure the equipment is level during installation or securely anchor the base槽钢 with concrete.
2. Select 46-grade abrasive-resistant hydraulic oil (use antifreeze 46-grade abrasive-resistant hydraulic oil below 0℃), ensuring the oil level does not fall below the gauge's lower limit. Regularly inspect the oil level and hydraulic oil. After one year of use, clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. Add rust inhibitor to the recirculating water, and replace it promptly when the water quality deteriorates.
4. The equipment worktop should be kept clean, and there should be no debris between the valve flange under test and the pressure test blind plate.
5. Add lubricant to all moving parts of the testing bench to ensure clean and smooth operation.
6. Operators must undergo professional training before taking their posts, adhere to standardized procedures, and prioritize safety.
