Through the redesign of CMOS, the pixel width, pixel count, and photo-sensitivity are doubled, achieving unparalleled precision in the best spot shape. They can perform targeted high-precision measurements on rough objects, delicate objects, and transparent mirror-like surfaces using wide spot, focused spot, and mirror reflection types, respectively. The SG3000 series boasts a sampling rate of 88 kHz, over 40 times that of traditional models; ultra-high linearity of ±0.05%, twice that of traditional models; and repeatability of 0.05 micrometers, 10 times that of traditional models. The SG5000 series products offer even stronger performance than the SG3000 series, with ultra-high precision consistency, linear accuracy of ±0.02%, and repeatability of 0.02 micrometers. Additionally, the SG5000 series has a sampling speed of 592 kHz, the fastest in the world to date, enabling precise capture of displacement changes in fast-moving and rotating objects.
