Overview:
The ZLG Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is widely used in the drying, cooling, and humidification processes of powdered granular materials in industries such as chemicals, light industry, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, and sugar.
Principle:
Material enters the machine through the feed port and is continuously propelled forward horizontally under the action of vibration. After hot air passes through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the moist air is purified through a cyclone separator and exhausted through the exhaust port. The dried material is discharged through the discharge port.
