It boasts 48 cold drawing beds, 5 cold rolling machines, and 3 advanced full-temperature controlled stainless steel solution annealing furnaces, as well as a range of complete testing equipment including the ETM16-159 eddy current flaw detector, UT16-159 ultrasonic flaw detector, UT159-830 ultrasonic flaw detector, 30MPa water pressure testing machine, hydraulic universal material testing machine, chemical analyzer, intergranular corrosion test, and more. The company can produce seamless pipes with outer diameters of Φ6 to Φ830mm and wall thicknesses of 1 to 60mm, as well as welded pipes with outer diameters of Φ18 to Φ2500mm and wall thicknesses of 1 to 60mm. The main grades include 304/L/H, 316/L/H, 321/H, 317/L, 310S, 2205, 2207, 904L, and more. The products comply with standards such as GB, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN, GOST, JIS, PED, and ship classification, and are widely used in the petrochemical, fertilizer, nuclear power, boiler, shipbuilding, environmental protection, aviation, papermaking, food, and medical industries. The company has successfully passed certifications including the British Lloyds quality system, pressure pipeline production license, British Lloyds, French, German Lloyds, Norwegian, Chinese, American, and Italian classification society approvals, Russian GOST certification, EU PED certification, Level 3 measurement certification, special quality testing equipment license, and provincial enterprise standardization management system, truly achieving an advanced integrated management system for internal management, production, procurement, quality control, product sales, and after-sales service.
