I initially connected the stop sensor to the PLC input point, with the PLC outputting "Positioning Stop Sensor Request."
Then, I directly connected the sensor to the Yaskawa servo driver, and through the PLC, I set the stop sensor enable and added the stop sensor input to the movement amount.
At slower speeds, both methods perform similarly; feeding and stopping are both stable, and the stopping coordinates are also stable. However, as the speed increases, the stopping position changes accordingly, and there may be situations where two or three segments of products are not scanned by the stop sensor, resulting in being pulled away over a long distance.
Now there are two questions:
Speed can affect the feeding position.
In high-speed operation, there may be instances where the stop sensor cannot be scanned.
