Operating Principle:
This equipment releases stored electrical energy into the tungsten electrode and workpiece via a pulsed electric arc, instantly. The extremely high-temperature arc rapidly melts the metal workpiece and welding wire, fusing them together to achieve the purpose of welding repair.
This welding repair method is characterized by: short duration, minimal heat generation, and low welding stress; it does not distort or anneal after welding.
Why do some customers refer to this product as "Super Laser Welding" or "Laser-like Welding"?
The welding pulse of this product is extremely precise, capable of welding various welding wires with diameters above 0.2mm, especially wires with diameters above 0.4mm. It is easy to operate, offers flexible welding, and is quick.
Compared to conventional small laser welding, when welding wire with a diameter of 0.4mm or less, laser welding is equipped with a mechanical arm with an axis control and a magnifying glass, thus offering better precision. In this sense, the YJHB series high-energy precision welding machine can be termed a "laser-like welding."
If welding wire with a diameter of 0.4mm or more, this product is directly controlled by hand for precise welding, offering superior flexibility and speed compared to small laser welders. Moreover, it is portable, allowing on-site construction without being restricted by machine size or workpiece volume. In this sense, the YJHB-2 High-Energy Precision Welding and Repair Machine can be referred to as a Super Laser Welder.
