After spark shaping, it can achieve a matte finish (Ra0.3), and after precision polishing, it can reach a mirror finish (Ra0.012).

The YJXB series of die and mold repair machines (also known as cold welding machines, precision re-welding machines, etc.) operates on the principle of large capacitor energy storage and instantaneous release. It has a small heating range (<1mm²) and short duration (millisecond), resulting in minimal average heat generation. Consequently, the entire workpiece matrix heats up very little, ensuring no deformation, annealing, or discoloration. This series is suitable for repairing minor defects in various types of steel, iron, cast steel, cast iron, and stainless steel components.

The YJHB series high-energy precision welding and repairing machines (also known as cold welding machines, stainless steel thin plate cold welding machines, laser-like welding machines, etc.) utilize the principle of large capacitor energy storage and instantaneous pulse release, enabling the melting and joining process of solder and workpieces to be completed within tens of milliseconds. Due to the short pulse duration (millisecond level), the pulse energy is highly precise, resulting in minimal residual heat conducted to the workpiece; thus, the base material of the workpiece heats up little, and no annealing or discoloration occurs beyond the weld point. Therefore, this series is widely used in welding and repairing of various precision workpieces, such as molds, precision castings, precision mechanical components, thin plate parts, thin-walled parts, precious metals, copper, aluminum, and more.

YJDH Series Ultrasonic Electric Spark Surfacing Machines (also known as Casting Cold Welding Machines, Casting Defect Repair Machines, etc.) combine the advantages of spark surfacing and ultrasonic vibration, allowing for repairs without the need for argon. The repair process is more convenient and energy-efficient. This series is suitable for widely repairing various metal materials, particularly for sand holes, blow holes, local wear, impact damage, rust spots, and other defects in cast steel, cast iron, and cast aluminum parts. The repair process generates minimal heat and stress, ensuring that the workpieces do not have burrs, do not anneal, and do not deform.
