Strength and elongation measurement for various bundled fibers like cotton, wool, and synthetic fibers. This instrument can measure the strength and elongation of cotton fibers at a 3.2mm spacing; or the strength at zero spacing. It can also measure the strength and elongation of other materials (paper, plastic, etc.).
