SD Type rubber shock-absorbing pads, made by oil-resistant rubber vulcanization. They feature oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. These pads are general-purpose shock-absorbing components developed based on the dynamic characteristics of rubber, known for their simple structure and ease of installation and use. Widely used in shock absorption and noise reduction for various machinery and equipment, they effectively isolate and reduce high-frequency vibrations and impact vibrations, as well as the transmission of sound through building structures.
SD-type rubber shock absorbers come in three hardness levels: 40°, 60°, and 80°. The basic block size is 85mm x 85mm. They can be cut and combined to meet different load requirements of machinery and equipment. The shock absorbers can also be used in multi-layer series connection, maintaining the load of a single layer but with reduced natural frequency for enhanced shock absorption. Steel plates are used to separate the multi-layer combinations, bonded with adhesive.
