Pre-construction layout
Before installation, pay attention to the selection and layout of polyester fiberboard. Locate the central line for the application, then draw a cross line, and proceed with the layout of the polyester fiberboard in a manner similar to bricklaying.
2. Cutting Sheets
According to layout, polyester fiberboard is cut during the construction process. It is essential to wear gloves while performing the cutting operation, and tools such as steel rulers and craft knives will be used. Subsequently, these tools are used to cut the board surface. To enhance decorative quality, the joints should be minimized by tilting the blade 0.5 to 1mm inward, which effectively reduces the gaps.
3. Bonded Plywood
After cutting the polyester fiberboard, the boards need to be glued together using adhesive. During installation, white glue or water-based adhesive can be used, as these are more effective in bonding to concrete or wooden substrates, and they tend to last longer.
