Vice Chairman Liu Xin of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee declared the opening, and Academician Yu Jingquan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering was present. Party Secretary and Director Wang Tonglin of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Rural Affairs, and Rural Revitalization attended and delivered a speech, as did Chief Expert Wang Yuxi of the National Agricultural Technology Extension Center. Participants included Wu Gaoping, Chairman of the Provincial Agricultural Development Group; Zhao Yaling, Member of the Party Group and Chief Accountant of the Provincial Finance Department; Guo Jun, Vice Director of the Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative; Feng Guansheng, Vice President of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences; and Ying Jinyue, Member of the Party Group and Director of the Office of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Rural Affairs, and Rural Revitalization.
