Unfamiliar personnel with the equipment's performance and operation are prohibited from operating the machine.
Before work, add lubricating oil and coolant according to the specifications of the lubrication chart.
Ensure all fasteners are securely fastened, that the limit switches and safety devices are intact and reliable.
4. Conduct a no-load operation run; inspect the operation of all buttons, switches, valves, and limit switches for flexibility and reliability; check if the hydraulic, cooling, and air source systems are functioning properly, operate the vehicle at low speed for 3-5 minutes, and verify that all parts are running normally.
5. During operation, when the machine tool is finding the origin, it should be in a safe position to prevent collisions between the machine tool's axes and other locations.
6. Tools must be securely mounted. When loading and unloading tools, or handling workpieces, prevent damage to the machine tool.
7. Machining should be performed within the technical scope of the machine tool.
8. After work, wipe down the machine tools, use compressed air to clean the iron filings and dust inside, and shut down the machine tools as required.
9. Daily inspections of coolant and lubricant levels are required; remove iron shavings and dust, especially from the electrical terminals within machine tools and all proximity switches, ensuring they are clean and free of shavings.
