Power and electrical cabinet inspection
Prior to startup, please open the machine tool electrical box and check for dampness, ensuring it is dry. Inspect for any damaged wiring and obstructions. Pay special attention to any signs of rodent activity or chewing, to prevent electrical shorts and unusual noises after the CNC system is powered on. Before closing the circuit breaker, confirm that the input voltage is normal (380V) and no phase is missing.
2. Pre-start confirmation
Inspect machine tool lubricant levels visually to ensure they are sufficient, prevent the lubricant from approaching the lower limit, check for any oil leaks in the pipelines, and promptly replenish various types of oils.
Visually inspect the coolant tank's indicators (such as concentration and level) to ensure they meet production requirements. If the coolant level is low or has degraded, replenish and replace it promptly.
Inspect the air lines for leaks, check the air components for proper function, and ensure the air source pressure is within 0.5 to 0.6 MPa.
3. Power on and confirm
If there are alarms like NCK after powering on the CNC system and the reset button does not clear them, please shut off the power and restart the system.
Power up and wait for about 15 minutes before checking the following areas of the machine tool for lubrication.
Manually jog the slow movement of each servo axis, ensuring that the main spindle and all axes as well as fixtures do not interfere; confirm that the load and sound are normal.
Main shaft slow rotation, confirm load, check for normal sound.
4. Machine Tool Hot Run
Hot-machining磨合 without interference between the spindle, workpiece, and fixture; writing a mini-program under MDI mode.

Ensure that the heat engine operates for over 30 minutes to fully lubricate all shafts, reducing the thermal deformation and machining errors of machine tools.
Note: 1) Models YGX5112 to YK5150 are compatible with the 100/100 ratio switch; 2) Models YK5180 to YK51250 are compatible with the 50/100 ratio switch.
5. Pre-Processing Confirmation
Verify the normal ejection of cutting fluid (confirm that the pump is operating properly).
Inspect the exhaust fans of the main shaft motor, electrical box both inside and out, servo module exhaust fans, oil cooler, etc., to ensure they are operating normally.
The first piece must be confirmed for functionality before production can begin.
The first piece processing must be confirmed to meet the accuracy requirements before proceeding with continuous machining on the machine tool.
Note: No maintenance of machine tools is allowed after the machine is started. Before maintenance, ensure that the circuit breaker is turned off.
