Product Overview

      A crystallization (heating) slicer is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feed pan contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall cools and crystallizes the film, which is then scraped off by a blade, forming sheet-like products.

The drum drying process is a continuous operation where a rotating drum heats and dries material or strip-like materials attached to its outer wall through heat transfer.
