Product Overview

      A crystallizing (heating) cutter is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the pan contacts the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in sheet-like products.

The drum dryer is a continuous process that uses a rotating drum to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
