Product Overview

The reaction kettle consists of the kettle body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission mechanism, shaft seal, oil overflow trough, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixers are generally available in anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or box types. The support bases come in two types: suspended or supported.

A heat-conducting oil is placed inside the jacket, which is heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features inlet and outlet oil ports, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The jacket's outer wall is welded with supports, and an outlet is provided at the bottom of the pot body.
