Product Overview

A reaction kettle is composed of the kettle body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil tube, support and transmission device, shaft seal, and overflow oil pan, and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing methods generally include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame types. The support bases are available in either suspended or supported styles.

The jacket is filled with thermal oil, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake, exhaust, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with supports, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging materials.
