Product Description

The custom degree of the concentric double-axis agitator is high, offering various paddle shapes to choose from based on the material's characteristics. Standard paddle shapes include anchor, propeller, frame, spiral, and bull horn, among others.

       The high-speed section is equipped with a high-speed disperser or emulsifying homogenizer, widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, adhesives, etc.

       For materials requiring temperature control, a suitable mold temperature controller can be provided, operated independently with high precision temperature control.

       Application Fields: Lithium-ion battery paste, sealant, silicone, adhesive, ink, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and new energy materials industries.

       Applicable Materials: Fluid mixtures with solid-liquid, liquid-liquid dispersion and mixing, viscosity less than 1 million CPS, and solid content less than 85%.

       This unit employs two motors for power supply, utilizing a belt or synchronous belt for the high-speed shaft transmission, resulting in minimal power loss. It is equipped with a high-end variable-frequency inverter for speed regulation. The dispersing disk, driven by the high-speed shaft, operates at high speeds and performs a powerful shearing function.

       The low-speed shaft employs a sprocket chain drive system, featuring high transmission ratio, and is equipped with a fixed-speed reducer. It can transmit high torque, driving the agitator shaft to rotate around its axis, causing the material as a whole to rotate along the axis. The agitator blades are fitted with scraping devices for smooth movement along the vessel's inner wall without dead corners. The equipment's transmission and mixing system are raised and lowered as a whole using a hydraulic piston system.
