Product Introduction

The concentric double-axis agitator has a strong degree of customization, allowing for various blade shapes to be selected based on the characteristics of the material. Standard blade shapes include anchor, propeller, frame, spiral, and horn types, among others.

       High-speed parts are equipped with high-speed dispersal heads or emulsifying homogenization heads, widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, adhesives, and more.

       For materials requiring temperature control, suitable mold temperature machines can be provided for independent operation, with high accuracy in temperature control.

       Material Viscosity: ≤1,000,000 cps

       Application Fields: Lithium-ion battery pastes, sealants, silicones, adhesives, inks, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and new energy materials industries.

       Applicable Materials: Fluid mixtures for solid-liquid and liquid-liquid dispersion and mixing, with viscosity less than 1 million CPS and solid content less than 85%.

       This machine is powered by two separate motors, with the high-speed dispersal shaft driven by a belt or synchronous belt for minimal power loss. It's equipped with a high-end variable-frequency inverter for speed regulation. The dispersal disk, driven by the high-speed shaft, operates at high speeds and performs powerful shearing functions.

       The low-speed shaft is driven by a sprocket chain transmission, featuring a high transmission ratio and equipped with a fixed-speed reducer. It can transmit high torque, driving the agitator shaft to rotate circumferentially along the axis, and the material as a whole to rotate along the axis. The agitator blades are fitted with scraper devices to ensure wall-to-wall movement without dead corners inside the drum. The entire transmission mechanism and mixing system are lifted and lowered by a hydraulic plunger system.
