Product Overview

Screw plate film evaporators are a type of evaporation and distillation equipment that utilizes high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also perform deodorization, de-bubbling reactions, and unit operations such as heating and cooling. They are suitable for industries including food, light industry, petrochemicals, and chemical engineering.


Performance and Features

This equipment utilizes a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, capable of forming a film even at low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid adhering to the inner surface of the cylinder's evaporating section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation rate can be increased by 40-69%. It boasts the following performance and features:

1. High thermal conductivity, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200KG/M2·HR, and high thermal efficiency.

2. Material heating time is short, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, benefiting thermally sensitive materials. It ensures that various components do not undergo any decomposition, thereby guaranteeing product quality.

3. Wide range of viscosity adaptability, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials. Material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).

4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material residence time in the evaporator.

5. The inner wall of the evaporator section cylinder has been precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to scaling and fouling.

6. Easy to operate, product specifications are easily adjustable; under sealed conditions, it can perform continuous production with self-control.

7. The equipment has a small footprint, a simple structure, easy maintenance, and is easy to clean.
