Product Overview
Screw blade film evaporators are a type of evaporation and distillation equipment that use high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also be used for deodorization, degassing reactions, and unit operations such as heating and cooling. They are suitable for industries including food, light industry, petroleum, and chemical engineering.
Performance and Features
This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor that can form a thin film even at very low flow rates. The adhered sludge in the wall surface of the cylinder's evaporation section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to fixed gap scrapers in evaporators, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following performance and features:
High thermal conductivity, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200KG/M2·HR, and high thermal efficiency.
2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum, benefiting heat-sensitive materials. Ensures no decomposition of various components, guaranteeing product quality.
3. Wide range of viscosity adaptability; can handle both high and low viscosity materials, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material's residence time in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporator tube body is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to scaling and fouling.
6. Easy to operate, product specifications are easily adjustable; under sealed conditions, it can self-regulate for continuous production.
