Product Overview

Screw blade film evaporators are a type of evaporation and distillation equipment that uses high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They are also capable of performing deodorization, degassing reactions, as well as heating and cooling unit operations. Suitable for industries such as food, light industry, petroleum, and chemical engineering.

Performance and Features

This equipment utilizes a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, capable of forming a film even at low flow rates. The adhered sludge in the wall surface of the drum's evaporative section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It features the following performance and characteristics:

1. High thermal conductivity, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200KG/M2·HR, and high thermal efficiency.

2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, benefiting heat-sensitive materials. Ensures no decomposition of various components, guaranteeing product quality.

3. Wide range of viscosity adaptability; can handle both high and low viscosity materials, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).

4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material's residence time in the evaporator.

5. The inner wall of the evaporator tube body is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.

6. Easy to operate, with simple product parameter adjustments. Under sealed conditions, it can perform continuous production with self-control.

7. The equipment occupies minimal floor space, has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and can be cleaned effortlessly.
