Screw plate film evaporators utilize high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They are also capable of deodorization, de-foaming reactions, as well as heating and cooling operations. Performance and Features
This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, capable of forming a film even at low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid adhering to the inner surface of the drum's evaporative section can be quickly removed by an oscillating scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following performance and characteristics:

3. Wide range of viscosity adaptability, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials. Material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the direction of the scraper groove rotation can adjust the residence time of the material in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporator tube body is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.
6. Easy to operate, with simple product parameter adjustments. Under sealed conditions, it can perform continuous production with self-control.
