Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drier features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product, particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. It has been proven to be an excellent drying equipment through long-term use by customers. Principle: The material to be dried is added from the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing scraper teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, with the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell constantly renewed. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the scraper teeth, and crushed by the粉碎棒, which facilitates the effective removal of moisture on the material surface. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

The drum drying process is a continuous operation that uses a rotating drum to heat and dry materials or strip materials attached to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
