Product Overview

Our designed fermentation tanks are of the standard type, which are jacketed when the nominal volume is below 6M3. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. For nominal volumes above 6M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements in the piping connections within the tank. This design mainly avoids unnecessary holes and dead corners on the tank body, delivering satisfactory results in practical use.

Fermentation equipment tanks are divided into two main categories: one is the cone-shaped tanks for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for aerobic fermentation (such as standard,伍type, self-priming, etc.). The standard tank type is particularly widely used. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life. Aim for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas-steam contact and mixing performance to effectively facilitate material transfer and gas exchange. Sufficient heat exchange area is provided to ensure fermentation occurs at an appropriate temperature. Emphasis is placed on the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
