2. Full series utilizes F-grade insulation, temperature rise is evaluated according to B-grade standards.

3. Noise limit values are lower than those of the YB series, approaching the I-level noise of the YB series; vibration limits are comparable to the YB series.

4. Shell protection rating upgraded to IP55.

5. The entire series utilizes low-noise deep groove ball bearings, with motor bases above 180mm in height featuring oil injection and drainage devices.

6. Electric motor heat sinks are available in two types: parallel horizontal distribution and radial distribution, with parallel horizontal distribution being the primary option.

7. Key performance indicators reach international standards of the early 1990s.

The main features of the marine frequency conversion explosion-proof motor are:

1. The housing boasts high sealing properties to minimize or prevent dust from entering the housing, and even if it does, the amount is not sufficient to create a fire hazard.

2. The control housing surface temperature must not exceed the specified temperature group. It has been used on mechanical equipment in national food reserve warehouses. The national standard for dust explosion-proof electrical equipment is GB12476.1-90 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Dust-Explosive Environments."

Explosion-proof motors, also known as positive pressure motors, are a type of positive pressure electrical equipment. Their structural features are:

1. Equipped with a complete ventilation system; there are no structural dead corners within the motor that could affect ventilation.

2. The housing and pipes are made of non-flammable materials and possess sufficient mechanical strength.

3. Maintain a sufficient positive pressure inside the shell and main conduit compared to the external atmosphere.

4. The motor must be equipped with safety protection devices (such as time relays and monitors) to ensure sufficient air exchange, and it must also have an automatic protection or alarm device for low pressure inside the casing.

5. The quick-opening door or cover on the housing must be equipped with an interlock device connected to the power supply. There is no unified series of positive-pressure motors available in our country.
