Adjusting the valve position via a handle alters the water flow direction through the filter element. This utilizes the pressure and flow within the pipe to self-clean the filter element, eliminating the hassle of traditional cleaning methods. The cleaning process is simplified, reliable, and results in shorter waste discharge time.

Based on actual needs, we can manufacture fully automatic backwash sewage filters. We replace the water flow direction valve and sewage valve with electric valves, utilizing a pressure difference sensor to detect the medium's pressure value, thereby achieving online automatic sewage discharge and automatic cleaning of the filter mesh.

During normal operation, the water flow directional valve is fully open, allowing the fluid to flow from the equipment's inlet flange to the inside of the filter mesh. After passing through the filter, it exits through the equipment's outlet flange and reaches the pipeline system. Debris and granular matter are retained by the filter mesh, and at this point, the drain port is closed.

  Backwashing filtration: Close the manual valve to allow the fluid to flow out of the filter through the front section of the filter element, while simultaneously closing the filter outlet valve or turning the valve to the full shut position.Approximately 80%, when the drain valve is opened, the fluid reverses under the pressure difference to flush the impurities collected in the filter mesh, allowing debris attached to the filter mesh or holes to be discharged with the water through the drain.
