The complete integrated water treatment system is composed of carbon steel cylinders, special structure stainless steel mesh, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a corona discharge generator, and a drainage device.

The integrated filter unit, combining active iron-based membrane, mechanical variable diameter holes, and corona discharge field, effectively adsorbs and concentrates hard substances and composite scale formed by various water systems under actual operating conditions, reducing their concentration to control fouling. Simultaneously, the metal ions on the vessel walls are suppressed, providing corrosion prevention for垢-free systems. Electromagnetic polarization water can also effectively kill bacteria, algae, and other organisms in water, effectively inhibiting the reproduction of microorganisms. Therefore, the full-process comprehensive water treatment unit can perform the integrated functions of scale prevention, corrosion prevention, algae control, and water quality control during normal system operation.
