


Product Name: Constant Pressure Water Supply Unit
Operating Principle:
Upon initial operation of the pressure-regulated water supply unit, the water supply pump is first activated to fill the water chamber within the system and the pressure vessel. Once the system is full, excess water is forced into the capsule. As the water volume continuously increases, the volume of the water chamber expands, compressing the air chamber, and the pressure inside the tank also rises. When the pressure reaches the designed level, the water supply pump is shut off by the pressure controller. When the water inside the system expands due to heating, causing the system pressure to exceed the design pressure, the excess water is discharged through a safety valve into the water supply tank for recirculation.,When water in the system contracts due to leakage or temperature drop, it is continuously pressed into the pipeline to compensate for pressure drop losses. When the system pressure drops to the minimum pressure allowed by design, the pressure controller restarts the booster pump to replenish water into the pipeline and air tank, repeating this cycle.
Product Features:
The tank is internally fitted with a non-toxic rubber bladder, ensuring water and air do not come into contact, thereby guaranteeing water quality remains uncontaminated and the tank is not corroded.
