(1) Upon visual inspection: The surface of the solenoid valve body is typically smooth, without sand holes, etc. The edges of the valve body are finely chamfered, with high smoothness of the bore walls. The oil port and brand logo letters are correctly, neatly, and clearly marked.
(2) Valve Core: The valve core is a crucial component of solenoid valves, directly determining their performance and service life. Solenoid valves typically use high-hardness, high-wear-resistant metal materials, with strict requirements for machining accuracy. The cutting machine ensures the stable operation of solenoid valves under high pressure. The valve core of solenoid valves is made of low-carbon alloy steel, with machining tolerances between 0.003mm and 0.005mm. If the valve core is placed inside the valve body, the valve body will hang vertically.
(3) Electromagnetic valves require high precision in the smoothness, roundness, and concentricity of the valve body. The oil tank should be smooth and well-rounded.
The occurrence of oil pump noise is primarily due to the following reasons:
One: Insufficient or dirty hydraulic oil. When the strip cutting machine has insufficient or dirty hydraulic oil, the suction resistance increases. The friction and collision of particles in the dirty oil with rotating parts also generate some abnormal noises, and some air may be mixed in, increasing the noise. Generally, if there is an abnormal noise in the oil pump, the first step is to check the quantity and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, ensuring it does not exceed 2cm above the filter.
Filter clogs can also lead to insufficient oil intake by the oil pump. When the filter is severely clogged, the oil pump may draw the filter flat. Check if the filter is clogged. Generally, unscrew the filter after shutdown for inspection. After removing the filter from the strip cutting machine, do not open the machine to prevent foreign objects from entering the oil pump. If the filter is clogged, clean it with a brush using gasoline or diesel, let it dry, and then reinstall it.
Three, Leaks in oil suction tubes or connectors can be difficult to detect, as there are no visible oil or air leakage signs. Professional technicians typically use a method of wrapping the connector with a sealing tape and filling the leakage gaps with hydraulic oil for inspection. However, this is challenging for ordinary maintenance personnel. We can only test the connectors and oil tubes elsewhere to ensure there are no issues before installation.
