I. Product & Services

When you show interest in our products, whether you call our company or visit in person, any of our staff will warmly and thoroughly answer all your questions and introduce the performance and features of the products until you are satisfied.

2. When selecting products, please provide us with an overview of your project, including the nature of the product, dimensions of the product parts, model (if selected), etc. Our professional designers will promptly calculate and select a device that offers excellent performance and cost-effective investment for you.

3. When you need to purchase our products, we will comply with relevant national laws and regulations and the product purchase and sales contract you sign. We will promptly provide you with detailed die-casting product design drawings, construction drawings, engineering installation plans, and other relevant materials as per your request. We will also supply the products you need in a timely manner, ensuring that they are brand new, unused, and fully meet the required quality, specifications, and performance standards.

Part II: After-Sales Service and Commitments

During the warranty period, our company conducts a comprehensive system inspection every three months, a recalibration every six months, and provides a complete set of operating records to Party A upon expiration of the warranty.

During the warranty period, if any product malfunctions, we will provide free consultation and maintenance services; if there are quality issues, we will replace them free of charge (with the same model and origin). The warranty period for the replacement parts will be extended by one year from the date of replacement.
