Construction Techniques

1. Basic Treatment

The foundation walls must be cleaned thoroughly.

2. Foam board adhesive application

After the exterior concrete foundation acceptance, attention should be paid to the handling of minor details.

3. Installation of fasteners

Holes are drilled through the installed extruded foam boards using a hammer drill, with the openings extending at least 30 millimeters below the foundation surface. The number of holes is no less than 4 per square meter, secured with nylon plastic expandable tubes.

4. Apply face glue浆

A layer of 2mm-thick jointing paste, evenly spread with stainless steel shavings, is applied to the extruded board surface, slightly larger in area than a mesh fabric.

5. Laminated fiberglass mesh

After applying the mastic, immediately stretch the glass fiber mesh horizontally. Use a roller to smooth and press the mesh from the center towards both ends, embedding it into the wet mastic. Lay the mesh vertically along the exterior wall from top to bottom.

6. Second Coating of Face Glue浆

Once the initial layer of adhesive paste has dried and hardened enough to be touched, a second coat can be applied, with a thickness of 3mm, until the glass fiber mesh is completely covered.

7. Sealant Adhesive

Sealant is used to fill in gaps between walls and window frames, providing a tight and full seal.
