Additionally, it can isolate the upper and lower pressure of the discharge valve, thereby acting as a locking mechanism to prevent gas leakage. III. Applications and Fault Handling

It relies on the gravitational force of the material and the forced action of the feeding mechanism to discharge the material from the storage bin and continuously and uniformly feed it into the next unit. Star-type Discharge Device Installation and Use
The star-type discharge valve should avoid overloading during operation due to large particle size and strong adhesion of materials, or equipment jamming or motor short-circuiting caused by foreign objects in the dust collector, which may lead to equipment damage. It is recommended that users promptly inspect and install overload protection devices.
During operation, if the equipment experiences issues such as air leakage along the axial direction or dust leakage, simply tighten the feed cover.
3. The machine is factory-fitted with sufficient 00 grease lubrication for the reducer, and lithium-based grease for the ash discharge valve. Within 6-10 months of operation, the transmission and bearing components should be replenished or replaced with lubricant. In high-temperature, humid, or dusty environments, the oil change interval should be appropriately shortened.
