Below is the preparation for installing ductile iron pipe fittings:
One, complete all aspects of the foundation engineering design, while also accomplishing the following tasks:
(1) Basic control lines and basic datum elevation lines have been marked.
(2) Composite foundation and pile foundation have been inspected and certified by the testing unit.
(3) The ground treatment plan must have an approval document.
Two, after the foundation engineering was completed, the construction unit conducted a quality check on the project's construction quality, confirming that it complies with relevant laws, regulations, and mandatory construction standards, as well as the requirements of the design documents. A construction quality report (foundation) was submitted, reviewed and signed by the project manager and relevant responsible persons of the construction unit.
Three, the supervisory unit has conducted a quality assessment of the foundation engineering, possesses complete supervisory documents, and submitted the Tianjin Construction Project Foundation Acceptance Supervision and Evaluation Report, which has been reviewed and signed by the chief supervisory engineer and relevant responsible persons of the supervisory unit.
Four, the survey and design units have inspected the survey and design documents, as well as the design change notices signed by the design unit during the construction process. They have also proposed that these be reviewed and signed by the project survey and design supervisor, as well as relevant responsible persons from the survey and design units.Quality Inspection ReportEngineering quality inspection reports of the surveying unit and the design unit;
Five, equipped with comprehensive technical files and construction management documents, meeting the quality file archiving requirements of Tianjin Construction Quality Supervision and Management Center.
Six: All issues rectified under the supervision of the District Planning and Construction Administration and its delegated District Construction Quality Supervision Station.
