Corrosion Treatment
After rust removal, polishing, passivation, plastic coating, and vulcanization processes, the item is treated with electroplastic coating. The color is fruit green, with a coating thickness of 0.5 to 0.6mm. The electroplating powder is an imported weather-resistant resin powder with excellent anti-aging properties. The coating must be uniform in color, smooth, and free of drips, lumps, or excess material. There should be no defects such as missing coating or exposed iron on the surface of the plated part.
