Stirring tanks come in various types, including glass-lined anchor mixers, glass-lined frame mixers, glass-lined slurry mixers, and glass-lined impeller mixers.

Tin-lined anchor-type agitators are used for mixing, heat transfer, or reaction processes in medium to high viscosity liquids. The nominal pressure is ≤1.0 MPa, the design temperature ranges from -20℃ to 200℃, and the nominal rotational speed of the agitator is 50-80 rpm.
Glass-lined frame-type agitator, featuring an additional horizontal blade above the anchor of the anchor-type agitator, and optional vertical blades for greater agitation range. Nominal pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, design temperature -20℃ to 200℃, with a nominal agitator speed of 50-80 rpm.
Tin-lined propeller mixers are used for enhancing heat transfer and solid dissolution. They are a type of radial flow mixer, suitable for mixing low-viscosity materials. The nominal pressure is ≤1.0 MPa, with a design temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃, and the nominal rotational speed of the mixer is 70-125 r/min.
Glass-lined impeller mixers allow liquids to transition smoothly from vertical to horizontal flow, creating a churning action for thorough mixing, suitable for low-viscosity materials. Nominal pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, design temperature -20℃ to 200℃, impeller nominal speed 70-125 r/min.
Open-type agitator

Open mixing compared to conventional enamel mixing, offers similar power in water systems but reduces mixing time by 66.5%, cuts it by 43.7% in low viscosity systems, and reduces power by 30% in high viscosity systems, with a corresponding reduction in mixing time of 33.3%. Additionally, there is no stratification during mixing, and product yield is increased by approximately 2% to 10%.
Progressive mixer

Progressive mixing is suitable for blending and reacting medium to high viscosity materials. It ensures thorough reaction and significantly enhances the efficiency of use.
Axial Flow Stirrer

Stirring blades with aeration for low-viscosity materials, suitable for use in reaction vessels with a capacity of 5000L and above. Axial flow stirring blades ensure thorough mixing, with their effectiveness consistently recognized by large-scale enterprises. Made from steel specifically designed for glass-lined applications, the blades are constructed with high-performance aeration profiles, coated with glass enameling, and fired at high temperatures. They boast strong corrosion resistance and energy-efficient stirring capabilities. Compared to the national standards for glass-lined products such as frames, anchors, blades, and propellers:
1. Enhanced mixing uniformity, reducing time by over 20%.
2. Energy consumption reduced by over 30%.
3. Product yield increases vary depending on the degree of sensitivity to mixing in the process.
