Our clayboard products are primarily manufactured using the wet extrusion molding method. Depending on the surface treatment process, clayboards are mainly categorized into glazed and unglazed types, with the majority being unglazed natural texture clayboards. Glazed clayboards involve applying a glassy body glaze to the surface, resulting in a more lustrous finish similar to common ceramic ware, and are also used in some architectural projects.
Common forms of clay panels in architectural facades include single-layer clay panels, double-layer hollow clay panels, clay rods, and clay louvers; surface finishes often include natural, sandblasted, grooved, printed, wavy, glazed, and various mixed effects.
Single-layer陶板: Also known as solid陶板, it is used when low bearing capacity is required and is relatively less applied in actual engineering. It is mainly used for the wall surfaces of buildings with low decorative requirements. Its characteristic is that it has no cavity, and the cross-section is solid. The conventional thickness ranges from 20 to 30mm, the board width from 150 to 600mm, the board length 1200mm, and the unit weight is 45 to 65kg/m².
(2) Double-layer Insulated Ceramic Panels: One of the common forms of ceramic panels used in architectural curtain walls. They offer high load-bearing capacity, light weight, and their hollow internal structure contributes to improved energy-saving and sound insulation properties. The panel surfaces can be customized with various personalized surface textures and color combinations to meet design requirements.
(3) Tile Rods and Tile Louvers: Tile rods and tile louvers are important types of tile panel products with wide applications. They come in various cross-sectional shapes such as square, rectangular, circular, triangular, and rhombic, offering diverse installation methods. They can serve as external shading devices for curtain walls, reducing direct sunlight exposure and enhancing both the comfort and aesthetics of the building. Additionally, they can be used for indoor decoration, adding an artistic touch to the structure.
