For minor repairs with slight cracking, apply 403 glue or foam adhesive according to the extent of the crack. After sticking and pressing, use relatively heavy items to hold it in place until the glue dries completely.

(1) The same method can be used for face-lining. Remove the cracked surface, then use automotive putty to level the base. For melamine faced panels, you can use 403 adhesive or foam adhesive for attachment. When using foam adhesive, first apply it to the melamine faced panel, wait for it to foam, then use a putty knife to quickly spread it evenly and press it into place.

(2) Static-Dissipative Flooring Crack Repair:

Clean the surface veneer of the old static-dissipative flooring thoroughly.

2. Clean the surface of the old antistatic flooring thoroughly.

3. Apply the pre-cut new antistatic film evenly with adhesive.

Apply adhesive evenly to the cleaned floor surface.

5. Apply after the antistatic adhesive and floor surface adhesive have dried.
